Return Policy
Items that are a manufacturer defect must be reported within 3 days of receipt for replacement or credit. Please email dawn.melton@yahoo.com with a photo and let us know what the issue is.
We not not refund for items that are not damaged but will issue store credit. Postage will be paid to return to us by the individual wanting to exchange. We cannot guarantee the item will be received by us and we are not responsible if it doesn't make it here.
We do not refund for items that have a tracking number when shipped, show delivered, or if the address was not updated upon check out.
